The Nutex Energy Bar does not contain refined Sugar nor do it have Glucose syrup, Fructose corn syrup and other sweeteners to bind our Bars which is widely done in making Energy Bars.

The Nutex Energy Bar has organic and unprocessed Brown sugar made by boiling Sugarcane juice. We use balanced proportion of Brown sugar, Dates, Honey, Raisin, Cranberry and Blueberry to make our bar sweet.

The Bar contains complex sugar which is utilized for sustained energy. The Nutex Energy Bar contain 20% – 25% complex sugar – which would help build enough energy to last at least 3 hours. They make for great pre workout snacks, where energy is a priority !

Sweeteners are available in many forms and are widely used by Energy Bar makers. We do not, however, recommend using artificial sweeteners. They do not provide a feeling of satisfaction after consuming them – There is still an urge to feed that sweet tooth. What’s more, they also have a slightly bitter after taste.
